Expert Group on Business and Human Rights

The Research was launched by the Chair of International Law of the Public Law Department of the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. Considering the worldwide dimension of the Research, it is essential to involve interested partners from all over the world (Universities, Research Centers, Human Rights Associations, Non-Governmental Organizations, and any other body interested in becoming Research partners at the same level of the proposers). Individual academicians, scholars, researchers and experts from all countries are also invited to manifest their interest joining the Group.

To date, the Expert Group holds a database of about 300 cases of alleged violations of Human Rights committed by enterprises, banks and financial institution all over the world.
