Doctor in Law at University of Rome “La Sapienza”, specialized in the USA. He is an expert and consultant in international financial and legal relations, with particular reference to International Economic Law and international contracts he has served as adviser to international organizations (EU, UNIDO, World Bank) in the field of institution building for SMEs and the creation of financial instruments in support of business. He established the research group on Business and Human Rights at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. He published the monograph “Il Governo e le Regole dell’Economia Globale nell’era dei meta-problemi” (“Management and the rules of the Global Economy in the era of meta-problems”, 2009) and he is the Editor of the research “Banks and Human Rights: Pathways to Compliance” (2013). He is currently Professor of International Environmental Law in the University “Parthenope” of Naples.
