Doctor in Law and Lawyer. Professor at the Institute of European Studies “Alcide de Gasperi”. Her areas of interest include Criminal Law and International Economic Law, European Union law, international contracts, project finance, drafting and management of training courses for international managers. She served as consultant for international organizations, in the field of economic and enterprise development. She is Deputy Editor of the research “Banks and Human Rights: Pathways to Compliance” (2013) and is a member of the Expert Group on Business and Human Rights.

Business advisor with particular reference to MENA countries and consultant in stakeholder assessment and engagement projects. Member of the Expert Group on Business and Human Rights.
